Baby Koala Hugging a Star Pillow Coloring Page

About this coloring picture

This coloring page shows a baby koala sitting on a round, flat cushion and hugging a large star-shaped pillow. The koala has big fluffy round ears with jagged fur edges, shiny dark eyes, a large oval nose, rosy cheek circles and a small smile. One paw grips the top point of the star, while the other arm wraps around the front of the pillow. The koala's round body, a foot with a paw pad and toe marks, and a few tufts of fur are outlined with smooth, bold lines.

The star pillow is the centerpiece. It has five soft points, a curved edge line that gives it a puffy look and a cute face with two round eyes, two cheek circles and a tiny smile. Beneath it, the round cushion has a flat top with a raised rim, and its side is decorated with large circles, small circles and a few outlined stars. Another small star sits on the top surface of the cushion.

Around the koala, several stars of different sizes float in the air, along with two puffy clouds, one on the upper right and one on the left. The background is plain white, so there is plenty of space to add your own details.

Coloring ideas are completely up to you. The koala could be soft gray with lighter ears and a dark nose, while the star pillow might be yellow, pink or lavender with rosy cheeks. The cushion looks lovely in a bright color with contrasting dots and stars. For a sleepy mood, try a night sky in blue or purple behind the koala. Crayons suit the big shapes, and colored pencils or fine markers handle the fur tufts and small stars more easily.
